Identity is the personality of your brand, or almost a personality. What is identity and what part it takes in the efficiency of the brand?

With the start of a new business, one needs an identity. Identity is the first step in creating a visual image of the company and it starts with the name and logo. Entrepreneurs often commit the same mistake of treating business as a newborn baby. “That’s my baby” – they think, nobody but I have to name it. In reality, it is not so easy to find the right name; millions of companies already have taken this or a similar name. When the new business starts, it is the best time to ask some branding agency to help.

Professional naming is fundamentally different from amateur one: “Honey, how do you like it?”. The new name creates the strong fundamental for a new identity — a brand personality.

Once the name is selected and registered, it’s time to start the visual part of identity.

Visual identity starts with the logo. Some businessmen prefer to go to the astrologer or to the priest to ask for advice, and only after that they go to the branding agency or design studio with the ready results. Results are fascinating! “The logo has to have the lotus flower, the sun, the sea, and seven leaves of the sacred tree, a black cross and the Swan” – this is what our family astrologer said, now you can proceed to design the logo. For me, its better to start with the design studio, but … You know…

Logo creates a first, almost imperceptible feeling. Logo is assuring you, maintaining, charming and seducing. The logo one of the most important part of your brand. Logo requires time and investment … Hmm … Always.

Stationery (corporate identity) supports the logo and the brand identity. Let’s be honest, corporate identity, not only presents your status but also sells your services, sometimes even without your direct involvement.

In corporate identity each detail is important: paper texture, richness of colors, gloss, trends, fashion, technical effects you can keep on continuing.

In conclusion, I can say that corporate identity can be an effective and powerful tool for business development, whether you like it or not 😉
